The rest of the IPL to be held in UAE in September- October says BCCI

As of Saturday, the board of control for cricket in India announced that the rest of IPL will be held in the United Arab emirates. The board has come up with the decision to organize the remaining IPL matches in September and October because of the monsoon season in those months. The decision was made by the BCCI’s s special general meeting which was held virtually on Saturday. Though, IPL was postponed on May 4, when several players and support staff across the team tested positive for covid-19. "The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Saturday announced to complete the remaining matches of VIVO Indian Premier League 2021 season in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) considering the monsoon season in India in the months of September-October this year," BCCI said in a release. ...
