In the court of Civil Judge Senior Division, demand has been made for the daily worship of Maa Shringar Gauri located in the Gyanvapi Masjid complex and the protection of the deities of other deities located in the premises.

The court, while setting up a commission to know the status of the spot for hearing Gyanvapi Masjid case, ordered the appointment of an advocate commissioner and plead within three days. With the issuance of notice to the opposition, the next date of hearing was fixed on September 2 4.

This case in the court was led by senior advocate Harishankar Jain of Supreme Court and Jitendra Singh Visen, chief of Vishwa Vaidik Sanatan Sangh, New Delhi, on behalf of Rakhi Singh, Lakshmi Devi, Sita Shahu, Manju Vyas, and Rekha Pathak, advocates Pankaj Verma, Subhash Nandan Chaturvedi. , Madan Mohan Yadav, Sudhir Tripathi, Anupam Dwivedi, Deepak Singh, Vikram Shukla filed.

In the petition, Chief Secretary UP, Police Commissioner, DM, Anjuman Inazaniya Masajid Committee, and Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust have been made parties. Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh chief Jitendra Singh said that this case has been filed as part of the ongoing campaign to eradicate the stigmas on Sanatan Dharma.

Told that apart from Banaras, cases are also filed for the destruction of the temple in Mathura and the liberation of the Idgah, the Qutub Minar in Ayodhya, and the Taj Mahal and are in the process of being done. The court issued notice to the opposition for hearing on the application for status quo of the spot. The court fixed September 17 for replying to the opposition and September 24 for framing the issue.
