Raj Kundra Used to send Porn Movies Abroad through V Transfer

Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra has been arrested for making porn movies and uploading them on the app. He has been arrested by the team of the Mumbai Crime Branch. According to the Mumbai Crime Branch, Raj had invested Rs 8-10 crore in the porn industry.

The crime branch had earlier called Raj Kundra for questioning on Monday and after that he was arrested. The Crime Branch says that in February 2021, the Crime Branch had registered a case in Mumbai for making obscene films and showing them on some apps.

The investigation was Going on from February

Let us tell you, in the case of the shooting of the pornographic film, the Crime Branch had registered a case in February this year and was investigating the matter. Raj Kundra, the owner of the app called JL Stream, is also a co-owner of the Indian Premier League (IPL) team Rajasthan Royals.

• Raj Kundra and his brother living in Britain have formed a company named Kenrin. On which porn movies are shown.
• The videos of the films were shot in India and were sent abroad through We Transfer.
• Raj Kundra got this company registered abroad in order to avoid cyber law. These films were released on paid mobile applications.
• Porn films were shot in hotels and houses on rent. Work was done in these pornographic films on the pretext of giving work to models.
• After this, people were charged money for showing the film. It has also come to the fore in the investigation that girls were forcibly made to work in pornographic films on the pretext of getting them to work in big films.

What did the police say about this?

• The police say that they not only have the statements of the accused against Raj Kundra but also have technical evidence. Raj Kundra had invested 8-10 crores in this industry.
• According to media reports, the police have filed two FIRs and arrested a total of 9 people in this case.
• Let us tell you that in pornography cases, cases are often registered against the accused under sections of the IT Act and IPC. If someone is found guilty in this case, then he has to spend many years in jail.
