New Delhi: 17,000 New Cases, Hotels, and Banquet Halls Convert into Hospitals 

The covid-19 cases are at their peak in the capital Delhi. Within the past 24 hours, 17,282 news cases have been observed with 104 deaths.  The new COVID-19 cases have been observed from the active 1.08 lakh tests- 73,915 RT-PCR and 34,619 rapid antigen test. A 15.92% of positivity rate has been observed, which is the highest ever in Delhi. However, earlier in November, there was a positivity rate of 15.33%.  “There are no ICU beds available in most big hospitals, both public and private.
