Another BMW 3 Series version is set to be launched on March 10. But this new model is thoroughly driver-focused, unlike the 3 Series Gran Limousine. The M340i is the first locally assembled 'M' car from BMW. This isn't a purebred M car, but it's a blend of versatility and driving thrills every day.   The M340i features a 3.0-liter straight-six engine that produces 374PS and 500Nm. For the first time ever Mazda tops Consumer Report Lists

For the first time, Mazda has just topped Consumer Reports' annual list of the most reliable car brands. Despite the Covid pandemic, Mazda's North American sales increased last year thanks to the success of its CX-9 seven-seat sport utility vehicle and CX-30 crossover.   On the Consumer Reports 2021 Brand Report Card, which was released on Thursday, BMW, Subaru, Porsche and Honda rounded out the top five positions.   In the list of 32 brands, Alfa Romeo dropped to the bottom, behind Land Rover, Mitsubishi, Jeep and Lincoln. This amped-up (literally) onslaught includes the upcoming 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV, or electric utility vehicle, aside from fancy Cadillacs and rugged Hummers. Ford F-150 EV battery suppliers get 10 years of a ban in the US

A speed bump has struck the ramp of the Ford F-150 Electric, the veteran automaker's reaction to upcoming electric trucks such as the Tesla Cybertruck, Rivian R1T, and the Hummer EV. In the United States, SK Innovation, the automaker's battery provider, received a 10-year import ban on charges of theft from fellow South Korean battery company LG Chem.   According to the International Trade Commission (ITC), for four years starting now, SK Innovation will be permitted to import components for the local US production of the Ford F-150 Electric, which is scheduled to go into production next year.
