BMW ConnectedDrive features such as BMW Gesture Control, BMW Display Key, Wireless Charging, and Wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto are included in the BMW X7 M50d ‘Dark Shadow’ Edition.
The new BMW X7 M50d ‘Dark Shadow’ Edition has been unveiled by BMW Group India. The BMW X7 ‘Dark Shadow’ Edition will be available in a limited number of M Sport design schemes at a special price of Rs 2,02,00,000. BMW ConnectedDrive technology such as BMW Gesture Control, BMW Display Key, Wireless Charging, and Wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto are all included in the car.
3D Navigation, a 12.3-inch digital instrument display behind the steering wheel, and a 12.3-inch Control Display are all part of the current BMW Live Cockpit Professional concept, which runs on the current BMW Operating System 7.0.
- The interior features a six-seater layout, with two captain-style Comfort Seats in the second row. By continuously modifying the seat surface, active seat ventilation in front seats decreases stiffness and strain. The maximum level of luxury is provided by the M leather steering wheel and BMW Individual equipment.
- The BMW Individual Merino Full Leather upholstery, as well as the BMW Individual roof liner in night blue with Alcantara finish, are two-toned in ‘night blue/black’ with contrasting seams. Nappa leather in night blue covers the upper portion of the instrument panel and door armrests. The lower half of the instrument panel and the front backrests are made of black Merino Leather. BMW Individual interior trim finishers in Fineline Black with aluminium inlays are also available.
- The BMW X7 M50d is equipped with a 2993 cc three-litre six-cylinder diesel engine that delivers 400 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque between 2,000 and 3,000 pm. In approximately 5.4 seconds, the automobile accelerates from 0 to 100 km/hr. The M Sport exhaust system’s emotionally powerful sound complements the greater engine performance. Gearshifts are smooth and practically undetectable with the eight-speed Steptronic sport automatic transmission. Electronically controlled ‘Automatic Differential Brakes/Locks’ (ADB-X), expanded ‘Dynamic Traction Control’ (DTC), Hill Start Assist, and Hill Descent Control are only some of the features. Park Distance Control (PDC) is standard on the first-ever BMW X7, featuring sensors in the front and back. The Adaptive 2-Axle Air Suspension allows the vehicle to be raised and lowered at the touch of a button, and it automatically changes the car’s height to fit any driving scenario.
- The car features a wide Sky Lounge Panoramic glass sunroof that extends all the way to the third row, allowing for dynamic light flow. The vehicle boasts a five-zone air conditioning system with additional functions. The soft shut feature on doors adds to the level of comfort. ‘Sculpted Clarity,’ a collection of operational features crafted in magnificent glass that adorn the gear selector insert, the iDrive control wheel, the audio control button, and the start/stop button, is the ultimate centrepiece of the interior.
The BMW Individual unique paint finish in Frozen Arctic Grey metallic is the most noticeable feature. For the first time in a BMW X model, this especially high-quality and complex body treatment is applied. The matt shimmering body is offset by the expressive paint treatment in body columns, external mirror bases, and a black chrome finish on the frame and bars of the BMW kidney grille. The BMW Individual roof rail high gloss shadow line adds to the striking appearance.
Aerodynamically enhanced bodywork parts of the M Sport package as standard highlight the dynamic SAV character. The new BMW Laserlight is eye-catching and evenly distributes light. The 22-inch M light-alloy wheels in V-spoke design with a Jet-Black matt finish and mixed tyres are another unique features.
