Aam Aadmi Party’s national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal have again reached Dehradun today. He made a big announcement during the press conference.
Arvind Kejriwal announced that in the upcoming assembly elections in Uttarakhand, Colonel Ajay Kothiyal (retired) will be the face of the CM post from AAP. At the same time, he made another announcement and said that we will make Uttarakhand the spiritual capital for Hindus of the whole world.

- Kejriwal said that Manish Sisodia had come to Dehradun a few days ago. He had said that we will know public opinion on this. We have taken suggestions from the people of the state.
- People have got the best answer on who should make a CM candidate from you. People said that since Uttarakhand was formed, some parties and leaders looted Uttarakhand.
- Now we don’t want parties but patriotic soldiers. At a very large level, people said that Uttarakhand cannot progress on the basis of these parties. We only want Colonel Ajay Kothiyal. This decision has not been taken by you but by the people here.

- We call Uttarakhand Dev Bhoomi. There are so many pilgrimage places here. How many deities reside here? Hindus from all over the world come here to have darshan with reverence. Because of his work in Kedarnath, Colonel Kothiyal is also called the soldier of the innocent.

- After the announcement of the face of the post of CM, Col Kothiyal said that when Arvind Kejriwal Ji himself is giving the responsibility to me, then this work is not easy for me. - The struggle was done by the agitators and women of Uttarakhand. Then I saw the model of Kejriwal’s government. I started following his governance model. Then I thought that if I also work here for development, then surely everyone will come together.
Col Kothiyal said we only have to talk about the Navnirman of Uttarakhand
- We are traveling from place to place in Uttarakhand. Now we only have to talk about the Navnirman of Uttarakhand. I assure Kejriwal Ji that the way you have taken Uttarakhand seriously. You are coming here. This will also move us forward.
