Do these things to avoid Fatty Liver

  • Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
  • Eat more fiber-rich foods (such as legumes and whole grains).
  • Do not consume too much salt and sugar at all.
  • Avoid alcohol consumption.
  • Include garlic in your diet, as it prevents fat from accumulating.
  • Do not eat fried things and junk food.
  • Exercise regularly, go for a walk in the morning.
