Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. unveiled the latest 2021 CBR650R and CB650R in India, allowing free-spirited riders to go full throttle. The new models will be imported into India through the Completely Knocked Down road. A variety of detailed changes have been made to the 2021 model to improve comfort, usability, and practicality.

Mr. Atsushi Ogata, Managing Director, President & CEO, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., commented on the launch and expansion of the premium motorcycle market, saying,  “Honda is committed to providing the best from the worlds of racing, adventure, and roadsters to Indian riders. We are proud to add two highly awaited models – 2021 CBR650R and CB650R in our premium motorcycle product portfolio.”

• Styling & Design: The CBR650R’s wrapping ramps up the pure sporting appeal with its four-cylinder power unit clearly on display; dual LED headlight cluster emits a piercing, uncompromising stare – with sharp new reflector profile for 2021 – and upper and (extended) lower fairings combine muscularity with slim lines and angles.

• Sporty and Strong: The DOHC 16-valve 649cc engine is tuned to deliver pure in-line four-cylinder output, with a swift ‘pick-up’ through the rev range and a hard-hitting, high-revving top end. At 12,000 rpm, the maximum net power of 64 kW is delivered, while the maximum net torque of 57.5 Nm is delivered at 8,500 rpm.

• Premium Security: When the latest smart ESS (Emergency Stop Signal) technology senses sudden braking, the front, and rear hazard lights flash to alert any nearby vehicles. The new Honda Ignition Protection System (HISS), an electronic anti-theft device that automatically disables the engine starting with electronic control, gives the rider peace of mind.

• Additional Information: It’s easier to read the optical LCD instrument cluster. Gear Location, Digital Speedometer, Digital Bar Graph Tachometer, Dual Trip Meters, Digital Fuel Level Gauge & Fuel Consumption Gauge, Digital Clock, Water Temp Gauge, Gear Position, Shift UP Indicator are some of the advanced informatics.
