Mumbai police have filed a case against actor Karan Mehra on his wife and actress Nisha Rawal’s complaint. Nisha had registered a complaint of domestic violence against Karan at Goregaon Police Station. The cops are investigating the case and no one has been arrested as of now.
A case of domestic violence has been filed against Karan Mehra at Mumbai’s Goregaon Police Station. Karan’s wife and actress Nisha Rawal had registered a complaint against the actor recently. The case was filed on Friday (June 25). In her complaint, Nisha has accused Karan’s family members – Ajay Mehra, Bela Mehra, and Kunal Mehra of violence and exploitation. In her complaint, she has alleged that Karan had withdrawn more than Rs 1 crore from her bank account.

On May 31, Nisha Rawal registered a complaint of domestic violence against her husband Karan Mehra. The actress reached Mumbai’s Goregaon Police Station with a bleeding forehead, which she alleged was done by Mehra. The actor was arrested by the police. However, later, he was released on bail. Speaking about his troubled marriage with Nisha Rawal, Karan Mehra said, “It is sad that after so many years of marriage this happened. We have been discussing this for the last one month because things have been a bit strange between us for a long time. So, we were thinking that if we should part ways or what should we do. So we were trying to fix things.”
Later, Nisha Rawal addressed the media. She revealed that Karan was having an extramarital affair and also accused him of domestic violence. Nisha said that the girl is from Delhi and the affair started when Karan began staying away from his family and was shooting in Chandigarh for his TV show.
Meanwhile, there were reports that Karan and Nisha were facing trouble in their marriage for a few months. However, they were working on it.
