Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and producer Kiran Rao announced their separation on Saturday. The couple, who has been married for 15 years, share a son Azad Rao Khan together. Aamir Khan and producer Kiran Rao, who issued a joint statement on Saturday making the announcement, revealed that they will continue to be co-parents for their son Azad.

And ever since Aamir Khan and producer Kiran Rao has made the announcement that has come as a shock to their fans and the film industry, reactions from various celebrities have been pouring in.

Their friend Hajee Amin said that friends tried to make them understand but the couple apparently has thought through this for a while now. Many termed the couple’s announcement as a graceful decision and told fans to be sensitive towards their son, Azad.

Sonam Kapoor is glad she didn’t marry someone from Bollywood

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja got married in 2018. She told Vogue, “Thank god I didn’t meet somebody who is from the same industry as me because their worldview can be very limited. It’s all about what’s happening in Bollywood.” She also called Anand ‘like-minded’ and a ‘feminist’.
